Answers Before You Ask
What if I don't have a logo or photos yet?
No problem. We source professional stock photos that fit your business, and we can work with placeholder content while you gather assets. If you need a logo, we offer basic logo design as an add-on. Most clients come to us with just a business name and a phone number — we handle the rest.
What platform do you build on? Can I update the site myself?
We build clean, custom-coded sites — no subscription-locked page builders. On Growth and Premium plans, we can add a simple content editor so you can update text, photos, and blog posts yourself. On all plans, we're available for edits — just send us a message and we'll handle it, usually within 24 hours.
Are the sites in your portfolio real client sites?
Yes — every site in our portfolio is a live website built for a real paying client. Some are hosted on pocketsod.com subdomains while the client sets up their own domain; others are already on the client's own domain. Every one of them is in active use.
What if I'm not happy with how the site looks?
We don't launch until you sign off. If something isn't right — layout, colors, copy, anything — we fix it. There are no extra charges for reasonable revision requests during the build. Our goal is a site you're proud to share, not just a site that's technically done.
How long does the whole process take?
Most sites launch within 14 days of kickoff. The timeline depends on how quickly we receive your feedback and any assets (logo, photos, content). We move fast — the main variable is usually the client review cycle, not our build time.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We work on a 50% deposit at kickoff and 50% at launch. For larger projects we can discuss a phased payment schedule. We accept all major cards and bank transfer.
